TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Use of the website implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions established by ET CETERA WINE SRL, in accordance with Law No. 284/2004 on Electronic Commerce. The relationship between the client and the seller is governed by Law No. 105/2003 on Consumer Protection and related normative acts. The seller reserves the right to modify these provisions, and the client is obliged to periodically check for any updates.

1. BOOKING REGISTRATION

To make an online reservation, please follow the steps below:

  • Access the Hotel & Booking page and enter the check-in and check-out dates, the number of guests, then select Search.

  • Choose one of the available options: single room (1 person), double room (2 persons), or family room (3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children).

The guesthouses offer standard double and family rooms; therefore, payment is made per person, as follows:

  • WINE HOTEL – SGL/DBL – 1 or 2 persons
    (Cuvee Rouge, Merlot, Feteasca Neagră, Cuvee Blanc, Affinite, Petrichor)

  • WINE HOTEL – SGL/DBL + EXTRA BED – 1 or 2 persons + child (up to 12 years)
    (Serendipity, Chardonnay)

  • AERO HOTEL – SGL/DBL – 1 or 2 persons
    (Cabernet Franc, Fumé Blanc, Saperavi, Marselan, Albarossa, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir)

  • AERO HOTEL – FAMILY – 3 persons or 2 adults + 2 children
    (Apolinaria, Viognier, Serenity)

Two baby cots for children up to 4 years old are available free of charge upon request.

  • Select the desired room and click Book Now. Carefully read the Terms and Conditions and, if you agree, check the box to continue.

  • Complete the mandatory fields in the displayed form. If desired, you may create an account on our website; however, this step is not mandatory for processing the reservation.

  • Enter the payment details in the dedicated form (credit/debit card). To complete the payment, the card details must be provided. The transfer of this information is carried out in accordance with applicable security standards; data is transmitted in encrypted form and stored exclusively on the secure servers of the payment system. If the card currency differs from the transaction currency (MDL), the conversion of the charged amount will be carried out according to the issuing bank’s conditions. The client is responsible for entering correct payment card details, and the company assumes no liability for failed payments caused by user errors. Your reservation becomes valid only after full payment has been made.

  • You will receive an electronic receipt with the reservation number, which must be presented upon arrival.

To process the reservation, users must provide correct and complete information (first name, last name, phone number, email address). Users are responsible for the accuracy of this data, and any errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information cannot be attributed to ET CETERA WINE SRL.

2. REFUNDS, MODIFICATIONS, AND CANCELLATIONS OF SERVICES

2.1 Refunds

Refunds, whether partial or full, are processed in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy and are transferred exclusively to the bank account used for the initial payment, within the established timeframe, after verification and approval of the cancellation request in accordance with the reservation’s terms and conditions.

2.1 Excursions

Booked excursions are carried out according to the confirmed schedule and itinerary. Details regarding the time, selected package, and language of communication are communicated via email or phone. The client is required to arrive 10–15 minutes in advance at the winery reception. In case of delay, the reservation may be cancelled.

For packages that require a minimum number of participants, the winery reserves the right to modify or cancel the service or to propose an alternative. Itineraries and activities may be changed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. adverse weather conditions, technical issues, natural disasters, wars, riots, acts of terrorism, governmental decisions or legal restrictions, or other unforeseen situations that prevent the normal provision of services). Clients will be notified and offered an alternative. Reservation modifications are accepted only at least 2 working days in advance, subject to availability.

2.2 Accommodation Services

  • Wine Hotel: Check-in between 14:00–18:00, check-out by 12:00.

  • Aero Hotel: Check-in between 15:00–18:00, check-out by 13:00.

We recommend verifying this information before finalizing your reservation. Early check-in or late check-out must be announced and discussed with the staff in advance.

Included services:
Services included in the accommodation rate (e.g. pool access, breakfast) are specified in the description of each package.

Reservation confirmation:
A 100% advance payment of the total value is required to confirm the reservation.

Special requests:
Additional requests (extra bed, preferred room type, specific breakfast, etc.) must be communicated at the time of booking. Additional charges will be communicated separately.

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellations must be submitted by email.

  • No-show or cancellation less than 7 working days before the arrival date results in a penalty of 100% of the service value.

Reservation modifications:
Any modification to reservation details (number of guests, room type) must be requested at least 5 working days before the scheduled date and is subject to availability.

Refunds:
Any refunded amount will be transferred exclusively to the bank account used for the initial payment. If you cancel the reservation 7 or more days before check-in, the full amount will be refunded to your card.

2.3 Restaurant

To ensure efficient organization and a pleasant experience for all guests, we welcome visitors exclusively by prior reservation.

2.4 Pool Regulations

For the safety and comfort of all guests, pool use is permitted only in compliance with the following rules:

  • Access is provided without lifeguard supervision; each user is responsible for their own safety.

  • Pets are not allowed in the pool area.

  • Running and dangerous games are prohibited.

  • Jumping into the water is prohibited.

  • Consumption of food and beverages in the pool area is prohibited.

  • Glass containers and alcoholic beverages are not permitted.

  • Shouting or noisy behavior is prohibited.

  • Loud music is not allowed.

3. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

By using the website www.etcetera.md, clients consent to the collection and processing of personal data necessary for order processing. Such data is used exclusively for legitimate purposes (service provision, promotions, Google Analytics, cookies, notifications/newsletters) and is stored for the necessary period in accordance with Law No. 133/2011 on personal data protection. Appropriate commercial security measures are applied, and data is not disclosed to third parties except in cases provided by law, with the client’s explicit consent, or for the execution of contracted services. Data is protected against loss, unauthorized access, or alteration through advanced technologies, and authorized employees are obliged to maintain confidentiality. The company does not collect transaction information (card number, expiration date, country of origin); however, online transmission cannot be fully guaranteed, and responsibility lies with the user. Users have the right to request deletion of their data by submitting a written request to [email protected].

4. CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Customer support is available daily between 09:00–18:00. Requests received outside these hours are processed on the next working day. Due to possible exceptions, we recommend submitting requests within the stated time frame. The company undertakes to provide responses within a maximum of 24 working hours.
