During the whole year, the Luchianov family will work with you – a new generation of winemakers – two brothers, the creators of wines under the Et Cetera brand. The wine will be kept under the control of the winemakers, who are responsible for the final product. You will go through the entire process – from picking the ripe grapes, to bottling and labeling. You will gain experience in a modern winery, equipped according to the latest international standards.

You will be provided with a barrel of wine, which will later be poured into 300 bottles of exclusive wine, labeled under your brand. You have all the freedom to create the label that best represents you. Together we will define the type and style of wine to create. Experts will choose the appropriate grape varieties. We will create a winemaking plan, taking into account your wishes regarding the degree of involvement in the production process, determining the number of visits and their schedule.

STAGE I

– Grape harvesting, crushing, and sending to fermentation from September to mid-October.

– Combined with an entertainment program in national style and a festive lunch or dinner by the vineyard.

– Upon request, participants can be offered a folklore program and national costumes.

STAGE II

Second visit – in December, project participants will rack the wine from the lees and put it to age in oak barrels.

STAGE III

Third visit – bottling and labeling. During the final visit, project graduates will bottle the wine and manually affix specially designed labels, including the company’s brand they represent.
